Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a thin and substantially fracture-resistant display device (1) comprising a display (2), wherein an upper layer (4) having a surface (O) facing an observer is arranged on light-emitting luminous surfaces (3) of the display (2), wherein micro-passages for transmitting generated light from the light-emitting luminous surfaces (3) of the display (2) are formed in the upper layer (4) and form micro-openings (A) in the surface (O) facing an observer, wherein a substantially planar surface (O) facing the observer is created on the upper layer (4), and wherein creating the substantially planar surface (O) comprises processing the surface (O) of the display device (1) facing the observer by means of a laser and/or by means of machining in order to produce the substantially planar surface (O). Furthermore, the invention relates to a display device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un dispositif d'affichage (1) mince et essentiellement incassable, présentant un affichage (2). Selon l'invention, une couche supérieure (4), qui présente une surface (O) orientée vers un observateur, est disposée sur des surfaces d'éclairage (3) luminescentes de l'affichage (2). (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer dünnen und im Wesentlichen bruchfesten Anzeigevorrichtung (1) mit einem Display (2), wobei an lichtemittierenden Leuchtflächen (3) des Displays (2) eine Oberschicht (4) angeordnet wird, die eine zu einem Betrachter gewandte Oberfläche (O) aufweist, wobei in der Oberschicht (4) Mikro-Durchgänge zum Durchlassen von erzeugtem Licht der lichtemittierenden Leuchtflächen (3) des Displays (2) gebildet werden, die in der zu einem Betrachter gewandten Oberfläche (O) Mikro-Öffnungen (A) bilden, wobei auf der Oberschicht (4) eine im Wesentlichen ebene, zum Betrachter gewandte Oberfläche (O) erstellt wird, und wobei das Erstellen der im Wesentlichen ebenen Oberfläche (O) ein Bearbeiten der zum Betrachter gewandten Oberfläche (O) der Anzeigevorrichtung (1) mittels eines Lasers und/oder mittels einer spanabhebenden Bearbeitung umfasst, um die im Wesentlichen ebene Oberfläche (O) zu erzeugen. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Anzeigevorrichtung.
