Abstract:
A smooth wavelet transform-based method and system for filtering out electromyography interference, said method comprising: obtaining an initial electrocardiography signal (S101), performing a smooth wavelet transform on the initial electrocardiography signal and obtaining a detail coefficient matrix swd and an approximation coefficient matrix swa (S102), performing reassignment on the detail coefficient matrix swd according to a preset threshold function and obtaining a reassigned detail coefficient matrix swd' (S103), and performing a reverse smooth wavelet transform on the detail coefficient matrix swd' and the approximation coefficient matrix swa and obtaining an electrocardiography signal wherein an electromyography interference signal has been filtered out (S104). The present invention uses the smooth wavelet transform and the preset threshold function to perform processing on the sampled initial electrocardiography signal, preserves a useful signal as far as possible while filtering out electromyography interference, and has a small amount of calculations, a high degree of signal reduction and a good filter effect.
