Title: CHARGING DEVICE FOR AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE
Abstract:
Disclosed is a charging device for an automated guided vehicle, the device comprising a current collector assembly (1) and a travelling vehicle assembly (2). The current collector assembly (1) comprises a current collector frame (1.1), a current collector shell (1.2), an electric telescopic boom (1.3), a four-linkage support (1.4), a stroke support (1.6), a contact support (1.7), a contact set (1.8), a horizontal wheel set (1.9), a travelling top bead set (1.10), a travelling wheel set (1.11), a vehicle locking seat (1.12), a power distribution control cabinet (1.13) and a contact support sliding block (1.14). The travelling vehicle assembly (2) comprises a C-shaped rail (2.1), a vehicle frame travelling sliding wheel (2.2), a travelling vehicle frame (2.3), a vehicle inner lock catch (2.4), a conductive copper bar (2.5), a ram (2.6), a vehicle outer lock catch seat (2.8), a drag chain guiding groove (2.9), a current collector mould (2.10), a vehicle outer lock catch (2.11), a guiding section (2.13) and a drag chain (2.14). The device has a simple and reliable structure and a small volume, and is easy to install. A system of a power source with an automatic charging function can be provided when the automated guided vehicle operates at a high speed, thus improving the endurance capacity and the working efficiency of the power source of the automated guided vehicle. The charging system of the device is reliable, has a high accuracy, and is applicable to an unmanned automatic system for automatic charging of the automated guided vehicle.
