Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for determining the component contents of a Chinese medicine composition. Raw materials for the Chinese medicine composition consist of forsythia, Japanese honeysuckle, indigowoad root, bitter almond, mentha-camphor, houttuynia cordata, rhubarb, patchouli, male fern rhizome, kirilow rhodiola root and rhizome, ephedra, licorice, and gypsum. The component content determination method uses a high-performance liquid chromatography technique to simultaneously determine the contents of seven components: neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, isoforsythiaside A, 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, quercitrin, and glycyrrhizic acid ammonium salt. A test sample is extracted by methanol or ethanol. The chromatographic conditions comprise using a methanol/acetonitrile/0.1-0.5% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as a mobile phase to perform a gradient elution, and using two detection wavelengths of 327 nm and 250 nm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination du contenu des composants d'une composition de médecine chinoise. Les matières premières utilisées pour la composition de médecine chinoise sont constituées de forsythia, de chèvrefeuille japonais, de racine d'indigowad, d'amande amère, de menthe-camphre, de houttuynia cordata, de rhubarbe, de patchouli, de rhizome de fougère mâle, de racine et de rhizome de kirilow rhodiola, d'éphédra, de réglisse et de gypse. Le procédé de détermination du contenu des composants utilise une technique de chromatographie liquide haute performance pour déterminer simultanément le contenu de sept composants : l'acide néochlorogénique, l'acide chlorogénique, l'acide cryptochlorogénique, l'isoforsythiaside A, l'acide 4,5-di-O-caféoylquinique, la quercitrine et le sel d'ammonium d'acide glycyrrhizique. Un échantillon test est extrait avec du méthanol ou de l'éthanol. Les conditions de la chromatographie consistent à utiliser une solution aqueuse de méthanol/d'acétonitrile/d'acide phosphorique à 0,1-0,5 % en tant que phase mobile pour obtenir une élution à gradient, et à utiliser deux longueurs d'onde de détection de 327 nm et de 250 nm.
(ZH) 一种中药组合物的含量测定方法,该中药组合物的原料药由以下药材组成:连翘、金银花、板蓝根、苦杏仁、薄荷脑、鱼腥草、大黄、广藿香、绵马贯众、红景天、麻黄、甘草、石膏,该含量测定方法为高效液相色谱法,同时测定了新绿原酸、绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异连翘酯苷A、4,5-二-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、槲皮苷和甘草酸七个成分的含量,供试品采用甲醇或乙醇提取,色谱条件为以甲醇-乙腈-磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,所述磷酸水溶液浓度为0.1%~0.5%,检测波长分别为327nm和250nm。
