Title: LOW POROSITY ANTI-CORROSION COATING FOR STEEL REINFORCEMENT AND COATING METHOD
Abstract:
A low porosity anti-corrosion coating for steel reinforcement and coating method thereof. The coating comprises the following component materials: 45-70 parts of feldspar powder, 15-30 parts of borax, 10-20 parts of calcium tetraborate, 5-15 parts of fluorite, 4-8 parts of a clay, 1.0-10 parts of an adhesion agent, and 1.0-1.5 parts of a thickening agent. The coating method comprises the following steps: 1) dry mixing; 2) wet mixing; 3) pre-treatment; 4) coating; 5) baking; 6) sintering; and 7) cooling under room temperature.
