Abstract:
Disclosed are a photovoltaic module, a hybrid photovoltaic/thermal module and a manufacturing method thereof. The photovoltaic module comprises: a front glass panel (1), a first back panel (4), an adhesive layer (3) located between the front glass panel and the first back panel, and PV cells (5) located in the adhesive layer. Included between the front plate glass and the adhesive layer is at least a hollow layer (2). Since the photovoltaic module and the photovoltaic/thermal module comprise a hollow layer, the hybrid photovoltaic/thermal module itself has a partial heat insulation function without the need to add a front glass blocking plate or a hollow heat insulation layer directly in front of the light-receiving surface of the module, thereby simplifying the structure and manufacturing process of a hybrid photovoltaic/thermal module.
