Abstract:
A resource allocation control method, device, and system. The method comprises: a primary base station acquires indication information indicative of buffered data to be transmitted; the primary base station acquires resource state indication information thereof and resource state indication information of a secondary base station; the primary base station determines, according to the resource state indication information of the primary base station and the resource state indication information of the secondary base station, a first physical resource used by the primary base station to process the buffered data, and a second physical resource used by the secondary base station to process the buffered data; the primary base station notifies the secondary base station of reserving the second physical resource, so as to enable the secondary base station to transmit to a terminal a second scheduling command corresponding to the second physical resource; and the primary base station transmits to the terminal a first scheduling command corresponding to the first physical resource. The embodiment of the invention resolves the problem of a lower resource utilization rate when performing carrier aggregation among cells, increasing the resource utilization rate when performing carrier aggregation among cells.
