Abstract:
A diamond cutter tooth. Diamond particles are directly adhered to a rigid material, and no powder brazing material needs to be adhered to the diamond particles. Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing diamond saw teeth, comprising: selecting a solid material base body; punching holes or slots, the diameters of which are smaller than those of diamond particles, on the base body; and laying the diamond particles on the base body, wherein the diamond particles are accommodated in the holes or the slots, and the holes or the slots are designed and laid out according to the arrangement requirement of the diamond cutter tooth. By directly distributing diamond particles on a rigid material, such as carbon steel and alloy steel, only a small number of processes are required, and such processes are simple and environmentally friendly.
