Abstract:
(EN) An anti-shatter film and a manufacturing method, touch panel and display device thereof. The anti-shatter film comprises a transparent substrate (10) having a central area (1) and peripheral areas (2) located at the periphery of the central area (1). The peripheral areas (2) have a light-shield layer (30) disposed thereon. The anti-shatter film can be applied to an OGS touch screen, and since the peripheral areas (2) of the transparent substrate (10) have the light-shield layer (30) added to them, the optical effectiveness of the touch screen can be enhanced by the light-shield layer (30). This enables a reduction in the thickness of a photoresist frame, or even removal of the photoresist frame of the touch panel altogether, thereby lowering the risk of disconnection of the signal wire from the OGS touch panel during the climbing stage of manufacturing.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film anti-fragmentation et un procédé de fabrication, un panneau tactile et un dispositif d'affichage associés. Le film anti-fragmentation comprend un substrat transparent (10) ayant une zone centrale (1) et des zones périphériques (2) situées à la périphérie de la zone centrale (1). Une couche de protection contre la lumière (30) est disposée sur les zones périphériques (2). Le film anti-fragmentation peut être appliqué sur un écran tactile OGS, et du fait que la couche de protection contre la lumière (30) a été ajoutée sur les zones périphériques (2) du substrat transparent (10), l'efficacité optique de l'écran tactile peut être améliorée par la couche de protection contre la lumière (30). L'invention permet une réduction de l'épaisseur d'un cadre en résine photosensible, ou même le retrait total du cadre en résine photosensible du panneau tactile, réduisant ainsi le risque de déconnexion du fil de signal du panneau tactile OGS pendant l'étape de montage de la fabrication.
(ZH) 一种防爆膜及其制作方法、触摸屏、显示装置,该防爆膜包括透明基材(10),所述透明基材(10)包括中央区域(1)以及位于所述中央区域(1)周边的边缘区域(2),所述边缘区域(2)上设置有遮光层(30)。所述防爆膜可以用于OGS触摸屏,由于透明基材(10)的边缘区域(2)增设有遮光层(30),通过该遮光层(30)可以提高触摸屏的光学效果,因而可以减小触摸屏中光阻边框的厚度,甚至可以省去触摸屏中光阻边框的设置,进而可以降低OGS触摸屏中的信号线在爬坡时出现断线的可能。
