Title: TELECENTRIC ILLUMINATION AND IMAGE CAPTURING SYSTEM FOR TESTING MARINE MICROORGANISM
Abstract:
A telecentric illumination and image capturing system for testing a marine microorganism, comprising an optical path module and an illumination drive module. The optical path module comprises: an LED light source as a light source providing illumination; a light homogenizer rod mixing light to obtain a uniform distribution of light intensity; an interference-canceling light homogenizer performing secondary light homogenization and interference cancellation on an outgoing light beam from an end surface of the light homogenizer rod to obtain an interference-free and uniform light source surface; a diaphragm determining, according to a collimation requirement on an illumination light beam, a corresponding diaphragm diameter; a telecentric collimating lens, wherein a light beam outgoing from the diaphragm passes through the telecentric collimating lens and then is incident on a microorganism region with uniform illuminances; and a telecentric imaging lens receiving, by matching the telecentric collimating lens, an illumination beam passing through the microorganism region to obtain an imaging result with uniform illuminances. Furthermore, the illumination drive module enables an LED light source to operate in a stable state with a constant light-emitting intensity, and improves precision of outputting an electrical current.
