Abstract:
Provided is a preparation process for a 4,4'-(9-fluorenylidene)diphenol epoxy resin, comprising procedures of a catalytic grafting reaction, a ring-closure reaction, a refining reaction, desalting, concentrating, and a brine treatment. The 4,4'-(9-fluorenylidene)diphenol epoxy resin obtained by the preparation process has properties of low water absorption, low total chlorine content, and high heat resistance. Byproduct saline water generated in the preparation process and an organic solvent with a certain concentration in the saline water can be recycled; the wastewater is treated so that it will not be directly discharged to the environment; the obtained sodium chloride can be sold as industrial salt, thereby turning waste into wealth; the water obtained by condensation can be repeatedly used to reduce the water consumption. In this way, the energy is saved and emission is reduced.
