Abstract:
A novel electrostatic dust removal apparatus based on the Internet of things, comprising: an outer casing (4), an air inlet mechanism provided on top of the outer casing (4), internally provided within the outer casing (4) are a primary filter mechanism, a secondary filter mechanism, and a tertiary filter mechanism, a lower flange (10) provided at the bottom of the outer casing (4), and an air outlet (11) provided on one side of the outer casing (4). A positive electrode (7) of the electrostatic dust removal apparatus based on the Internet of things is fixedly provided, by means of an upper flange (9), at a center within the outer casing (4), while a negative electrode (8) is provided on an inner cylindrical surface of the outer casing (4), thereby improving the efficiency of electrostatic dust removal. The upper flange (9) and the lower flange (10) are connected to allow disassembling of the positive electrode (7) and cleaning of the electrode. A working power supply circuit achieves input and output noise reduction by means of a first capacitor (C1) and a third capacitor (C3), thereby ensuring a stable output from the working power supply circuit and stable operations of the negative electrode (8) and the positive electrode (7) while improving the reliability of the apparatus. A wireless communication module (14) is also used to ensure that an operator can implement real-time monitoring of a work status of the apparatus.
