Title: OPTO-ACOUSTIC INTEGRATED SELF-ROTATING ENDOVASCULAR IMAGING PROBE OF BUILT-IN MINIATURE MOTOR TYPE
Abstract:
Disclosed is an opto-acoustic integrated self-rotating endovascular imaging probe of built-in miniature motor type. The opto-acoustic integrated self-rotating endovascular imaging probe comprises a stainless steel tube (1), a light-permeable and sound-permeable housing (2) sheathed on the stainless steel tube (1), a monomode optical fiber (3) introduced into the light-permeable and sound-permeable housing (2) by means of the stainless steel tube (1), a GRIN lens (4) arranged inside the light-permeable and sound-permeable housing (2) corresponding to the monomode optical fiber (3), an annular ultrasonic transducer (6) sheathed on the GRIN lens (4), and an electromagnetic motor (7) arranged in the light-permeable and sound-permeable housing (2). An end of a motor rotor (72) located at the GRIN lens (4) is provided with a reflecting inclined face (721). The reflecting inclined face (721) is provided with a mirror face layer with high acoustic impedance. During retraction, IVUS images are obtained, optical detection with corresponding synchronous registration is simultaneously performed, and therefore opto-acoustic integrated images of vascular wall structure and composition with synchronous registration are obtained, and more comprehensive and accurate endovascular imaging is achieved.
