Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a hydraulic connector for connecting a wet Xmas tree (1) to a subsea wellhead (2). The locking system comprises a locking piston (4) and a locking line (22) for pressurizing a locking chamber (5). The unlocking system comprises a primary unlocking line (21) running through a main piston (4) for pressurizing the primary unlocking chamber (7), a secondary piston (6) and a secondary unlocking line (23) pressurizing the secondary unlocking chamber (8) below the secondary piston (6). The conical surface (20) between the jaws (3) and the locking piston (4) provides friction self-locking features which allow removing the hydraulic pressure when the connection has been made.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un raccord hydraulique de type « Titus », trouvant une application dans des opérations de production et d'extraction, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut assurer un raccordement entre les corps cylindriques (1) et (2) (ANM et tête de puits, par exemple). Le système de blocage possède un circuit hydraulique primaire (22) et le système de déblocage possède des circuits hydrauliques primaire (21) et secondaire (23). Le système de réglage de pré-charge est mis en oeuvre au moyen de l'angle d'auto-blocage par contrainte, le blocage parallèle étant le mécanisme déterminant qui empêche le déblocage accidentel du raccord, y compris lors d'une exposition à une vibration. Le raccord comprend un ensemble de mâchoires (3), un piston hydraulique actionneur principal (4), des chambres de mise sous pression (5), (7) et (8), un piston secondaire (6), des éléments d'étanchéité (9), (10), (11) et (12), une chemise externe (13), un élément de guidage inférieur (14), un couvercle supérieur en deux parties (15), des vis de fixation (16) et (18), un anneau en deux parties (17), une surface conique (20) et des conduits de fluide hydraulique (21), (22) et (23).
(PT) A presente invenção refere-se a um conector hidráulico para conectar uma árvore de natal molhada (ANM) (1) e uma cabeça de poço submarina (2). O sistema de travamento possui um pistão de travamento (4) e uma linha de travamento (22) para pressurizar a câmara de travamento (5). O sistema de destravamento compreende uma linha de destravamento primária (21) que atravessa o pistão principal (4) para pressurizar a câmara de destravamento primária (7), um pistão secundário (6) e uma linha de destravamento secundária (23) que pressuriza a câmara de destravamento secundária (8) abaixo do pistão secundário (6). A surface cônica (20) entre os mordentes (3) e o pistão de travamento (4) proporciona características de auto-travamento por atrito, permitindo que a pressão hidráulica seja retirada quando a conexão foi feita.
