The Business Strategy Tool (BST) is designed to provide efficiency for organisation's to manage their projects, programs and portfolios. The BST combines the necessary elements of strategy design, project/program/portfolio tracking, stakeholder engagement, learning creation and management, and continuous improvement. Organisations currently struggle as these elements are fragmented and isolated, not providing a complete end-to-end value for their enterprise investment. The BST will provide a complete tracking mechanism for their investment in strategic projects/programs/portfolios, with the ability to prioritise these for optimum strategic benefit.
