Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a basic amino acid such as L-lysine. A basic amino acid or a fermentation product containing the same is produced by a method comprising: (A) a step for obtaining a fermentation liquid containing a basic amino acid by culture of a microorganism having basic amino acid-producing capability in a medium such that bicarbonate ions and/or carbonate ions become the counter ions of the basic amino acid; and (B) a step for heat treatment of the fermentation liquid at a pressure capable of preventing generation of carbon dioxide from the fermentation liquid.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un acide aminé basique, tel que la L-lysine. Un acide aminé basique ou un produit de fermentation contenant celui-ci est produit par un procédé comprenant : (A) une étape d'obtention d'un liquide de fermentation contenant un acide aminé basique par la culture d'un micro-organisme pouvant produire ledit acide aminé basique dans un milieu de sorte que des ions bicarbonate et/ou des ions carbonate deviennent les contre-ions de l'acide aminé basique ; et (B) une étape de traitement thermique du liquide de fermentation à une pression permettant d'empêcher la production de dioxyde de carbone à partir du liquide de fermentation.
(JA) L-リジン等の塩基性アミノ酸の製造法を提供する。(A)塩基性アミノ酸生産能を有する微生物を重炭酸イオン及び/又は炭酸イオンが塩基性アミノ酸のカウンタイオンとなるように培地で培養し、塩基性アミノ酸を含有する発酵液を得る工程、および(B)前記発酵液を、該発酵液からの炭酸ガスの発生を防止できる圧力下で加熱処理する工程を含む方法により、塩基性アミノ酸またはそれを含有する発酵生産物を製造する。
