Abstract:
(EN) A coil spring processing device includes an end positioning device (30), a shot-peening device (50), and a controller (98). The end positioning device (30) positions the ends (1c, 1d) of a coil spring (1). The shot-peening device (50) includes a turntable mechanism (52), a pressurization mechanism (93), a rotation mechanism (100) that rotates the coil spring (1), and a projection mechanism (57) that projects shot. Holding mechanisms (81, 82) each have a lower side positional shift prevention jig (85) and an upper side positional shift prevention jig (91). The controller (98) stops the first holding mechanism (81) and the second holding mechanism (82) in the rotation stop position corresponding to end turn parts (1a, 1b) of the coil spring (1).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement à ressort hélicoïdal qui comprend un dispositif de positionnement d’extrémité (30), un dispositif de grenaillage (50), et un dispositif de commande (98). Le dispositif de positionnement d’extrémité (30) positionne les extrémités (1c, 1d) d’un ressort hélicoïdal (1). Le dispositif de grenaillage (50) comprend un mécanisme de plateau tournant (52), un mécanisme de pressurisation (93), un mécanisme de rotation (100) qui fait tourner le ressort hélicoïdal (1), et un mécanisme de projection (57) qui projette de la grenaille. Des mécanismes de retenue (81, 82) comportent chacun un gabarit de prévention de dépassement de position côté inférieur (85) et un gabarit de prévention de dépassement de position côté supérieur (91). Le dispositif de commande (98) arrête le premier mécanisme de retenue (81) et le deuxième mécanisme de retenue (82) dans la position d'arrêt de rotation correspondant aux parties de spire terminale (1a, 1b) du ressort hélicoïdal (1).
