Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of suppressing cross-reactivity with antigenic components similar to a detection target, in immunochromatography, so as to reduce detection of similar antigens, and prevent measurement value errors and false positive reactions, while maintaining or improving the detection sensitivity for the detection target, and thereby allowing for accurate determinations. In the present invention, when an antibody that specifically binds to the detection target and the detection target are reacted under conditions in which a buffer solution is used in a specific pH range, even if similar antigens are also present, cross-reactivity between the antibody and similar antigens is suppressed, and the detection target can be accurately detected.
(FR) Le problème abordé par la présente invention est la suppression d'une réactivité croisée avec des composants antigéniques similaires à une cible de détection, en immunochromatographie, de façon à réduire la détection d'antigènes similaires, et à prévenir les erreurs dans les valeurs de mesure et les réactions faussement positives, tout en conservant, voire améliorant, la sensibilité de détection vis-à-vis de la cible de détection, et permettre ainsi des déterminations précises. Dans la présente invention, quand un anticorps qui se lie spécifiquement à la cible de détection et la cible de détection sont mis en réaction dans des conditions où une solution tampon est utilisée dans une plage de pH spécifique, même si des antigènes similaires sont également présents, toute réactivité croisée entre l'anticorps et les antigènes similaire est éliminée, et la cible de détection peut être détectée avec précision.
(JA) イムノクロマト法において、検出対象物の類似抗原成分との交差反応を抑制し、類似抗原の検出を低減し、測定値の誤差や偽陽性反応を防止するとともに、検出対象物の検出感度を維持あるいは向上させて正確な判断ができるようにすることを課題とする。 緩衝液を特定のpH領域で使用する条件下で、検出対象物と検出対象物に特異的に結合する抗体を反応させると、類似抗原が共存した場合でも前記抗体と類似抗原との交差反応性を抑え、正確に検出対象物を検出できる。
