Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an immunochromatographic analysis device for detecting gliadin, said device suppressing cross-reaction with an antigen other than gliadin in food products, while also having improved specificity. The present invention relates to an immunochromatographic analysis device for detecting gliadin, said device including: a sample adding section; a marker substance holding section; a chromatographic medium section having a detection section; and an absorption section. The marker substance holding section and the detection section contain an antibody recognizing α-gliadin.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse immunochromatographique destiné à détecter la gliadine, lequel permet de limiter les réactions croisées avec des antigènes autres que ceux de la gliadine dans des aliments, tout en présentant des spécificités améliorées. Plus spécifiquement, ce dispositif d'analyse immunochromatographique pour détecter la gliadine comporte: une unité d'ajout d'échantillon; une unité de support de substance de marquage; une unité de milieu chromatographique possédant une unité de détection; et une unité d'absorption. L'unité de support de substance de marquage et l'unité de milieu chromatographique du dispositif d'analyse contiennent un anticorps reconnaissant l'α-gliadine.
(JA) 本発明は、食品中のグリアジン以外の他の抗原との交叉反応を抑制し、特異性が向上した、グリアジンを検出するための免疫クロマト分析装置を提供することを課題とする。本発明は、試料添加部と、標識物質保持部と、検出部を有するクロマトグラフ媒体部と、吸収部とを含む、グリアジン(Gliadin)を検出するための免疫クロマト分析装置であって、前記標識物質保持部及び検出部が、α-グリアジン(α-Gliadin)を認識する抗体を含有する、免疫クロマト分析装置に関する。
