Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an electronically controlled V-belt continuously variable transmission that comprises a drive arm (114) which is attached to a movable sheave boss (74a) via a roller bearing (115) and that is provided with a second shift mechanism (75b) which moves a movable sheave (74) in the axial direction by transmitting, to the movable sheave (74), drive force from an actuator (123) which is linked to the drive arm (114). The drive arm (114) comprises a first arm section (116) that extends in the radially outward direction of the movable sheave (74) and a second arm section (117) that curves from the tip of the first arm section to extend inward in the width direction of the vehicle and is disposed on the radially outer side of a cam member (87), and the second arm section (117) overlaps with the movable sheave (74) in the direction of the axis (Xis) of a drive shaft (32). Due to this configuration, the electronically controlled V-belt continuously variable transmission can be made as compact as possible.
(FR) Selon l’invention, une transmission à variation continue du type à courroie trapézoïdale à commande électronique comporte un deuxième mécanisme (75b) d’axe, lequel mécanisme contient un bras moteur (114) monté sur une flasque (74a) de poulie mobile par l’intermédiaire d’un palier (115) à roulement, et lequel mécanisme déplace une poulie mobile (74) en direction axiale par transmission à cette poulie mobile (74) de la force motrice d’un actionneur (123) relié au bras moteur (114). Le bras moteur (114) possède une première partie bras (116) qui s’étend côté externe en direction radiale de la poulie mobile (74), et une deuxième partie bras (117) qui s’étend côté interne en direction de la largeur du véhicule à partir de l’extrémité de la première partie bras (116) et qui est située côté externe en direction radiale d’une pièce (87) de came. La deuxième partie bras (117) est disposée de façon à se superposer avec la poulie mobile (74) en direction du centre (Xis) d’un axe moteur (32). Ainsi, il est possible de réduire la taille d’une transmission à variation continue de type à courroie trapézoïdale à commande électronique.
(JA) 電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機は、転がり軸受け(115)を介して可動シーブボス(74a)に装着される駆動アーム(114)を含み、駆動アーム(114)に連結されるアクチュエーター(123)の駆動力を可動シーブ(74)に伝達することで可動シーブ(74)を軸方向に移動させる第2シフト機構(75b)を備える。駆動アーム(114)は、可動シーブ(74)の径方向外側に向かって延びる第1アーム部(116)と、第1アーム部(116)の先端から屈曲して車幅方向内側に延び、カム部材(87)の径方向外側に配置される第2アーム部(117)とを有し、第2アーム部(117)を駆動軸(32)の軸心(Xis)方向で可動シーブ(74)と重なるようにした。これにより、電子制御Vベルト式無段変速機をできる限り小型化することができる。
