Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To supply a device and method, for discharging a fixed quantity of a liquid containing solid particles, discharging same with good precision and in a state in which the solid particles are dispersed. [Solution] A discharge device for a liquid material containing solid particles and a discharge method using said device. The discharge device comprises: a first storage container; a first air pressure supply pipe; a measuring unit having a measuring hole; a plunger that moves into and retracts from the measuring hole; a nozzle; a switching valve having a first position and a second position; a plunger drive device; and a switching valve drive device. The discharge device further comprises: a second storage container; a second air pressure supply pipe; a branch section provided in an upper section of the measuring hole and having a branch flow path; and an opening/closing mechanism that connects or blocks between the second storage container and the measuring hole. The discharge device is characterized by: being capable of sending the liquid material inside the first storage container to the second storage container; and by being capable of sending the liquid material inside the second storage container to the first storage container.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de produire un dispositif et un procédé, pour faire sortir une quantité fixe d'un liquide contenant des particules solides, les faisant sortie avec une bonne précision et dans un état dans lequel les particules solides sont dispersées. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un dispositif de sortie pour une matière liquide contenant des particules solides et sur un procédé de sortie utilisant ledit dispositif. Le dispositif de sortie comprend : un premier récipient de stockage ; un premier tuyau d'alimentation en pression d'air ; une unité de mesure comportant un trou de mesure ; un piston-plongeur qui se déplace dans le trou de mesure et se rétracte depuis ce dernier ; une buse ; un clapet de commutation ayant une première position et une seconde position ; un dispositif d'entraînement de piston-plongeur ; et un dispositif d'entraînement de clapet de commutation. Le dispositif de sortie comprend en outre : un second récipient de stockage ; un second tuyau d'alimentation en pression d'air ; une section de ramification située dans une section supérieure du trou de mesure et présentant une voie d'écoulement secondaire ; et un mécanisme d'ouverture/fermeture qui relie ou bloque entre le second récipient de stockage et le trou de mesure. Le dispositif de sortie est caractérisé en ce qu'il peut envoyer le matériau liquide contenu à l'intérieur du premier récipient de stockage jusqu'au second récipient de stockage ; et en ce qu'il peut envoyer le matériau liquide contenu à l'intérieur du second récipient de stockage vers le premier récipient de stockage.
