Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a modular multilivel converter and a power electronic transformer, the modular multilevel converter comprising: a low- frequency AC to DC conversion module, comprising three branch circuits connected in parallel between output ends V1, V2, each branch circuit being formed of multiple IGBT half -bridge circuits connected in series, and an electric coupling point N0 of two adjacent IGBT half -bridge circuits in a middle position of the branch circuit being connected to a voltage input end Vin; a DC to high-frequency AC conversion module, connected between the output ends V1 V2, the DC to high-frequency AC conversion module being formed of multiple IGBT half -bridge circuits connected in series, the DC to high-frequency AC conversion module having multiple sets of output ends. The MMC and power electronic transformer of the present invention have a smaller volume, lower cost and better stability in use.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un convertisseur modulaire multiniveau (MMC) et un transformateur électronique de puissance, le convertisseur modulaire multiniveau comprenant : un module de conversion de courant alternatif basse fréquence en courant continu, comprenant trois circuits de branche connectés en parallèle entre des bornes de sortie V1, V2, chaque circuit de branche étant constitué de multiples circuits en demi-pont à IGBT connectés en série, et un point de couplage électrique N0 de deux circuits en demi-pont à IGBT adjacents dans une position centrale du circuit de branche étant connecté à une borne d'entrée de tension Vin ; et un module de conversion de courant continu en courant alternatif haute fréquence connecté entre les bornes de sortie V1, V2, le module de conversion de courant continu en courant alternatif haute fréquence étant constitué de multiples circuits en demi-pont à IGBT connectés en série, le module de conversion de courant continu en courant alternatif haute fréquence comprenant de multiples ensembles de bornes de sortie. Le MMC et le transformateur électronique de puissance de la présente invention présentent un plus petit volume, un plus bas coût et une meilleure stabilité lors de l'utilisation.
