According to the present invention, communication is appropriately carried out even when a shortened transmission time interval (TTI) is applied. This user terminal carries out communication by using a second TTI shorter in TTI length than a first TTI, and has: a reception unit that receives first downlink control information transmitted from a wireless base station in each first TTI, and second downlink control information transmitted at the second TTI; and a control unit that controls UL transmission at the second TTI on the basis of the first control information and the second control information. The control unit controls the UL transmission by using the first downlink control information received in a prescribed period before the second TTI at which the UL transmission is executed, and the second downlink control information included within the first TTI at which the first downlink control information is transmitted.

Selon la présente invention, une communication est réalisée de manière appropriée même quand un intervalle de temps de transmission (TTI) raccourci est appliqué. Ce terminal utilisateur réalise la communication en utilisant un second TTI ayant une longueur de TTI plus courte qu'un premier TTI, et a : une unité de réception qui reçoit des premières informations de commande de liaison descendante transmises par une station de base sans fil dans chaque premier TTI, et des secondes informations de commande de liaison descendante transmises au second TTI; et une unité de commande qui commande la transmission montante au second TTI sur la base des premières informations de commande et des secondes informations de commande. L'unité de commande ordonne la transmission montante en utilisant les premières informations de commande de liaison descendante reçues dans une période prescrite avant le second TTI auquel est exécutée la transmission montante, et les secondes informations de commande de liaison descendante comprises dans le premier TTI auquel sont transmises les premières informations de commande de liaison descendante.

短縮TTIが適用される場合であっても、通信を適切に行うこと。第1の送信時間間隔(TTI:Transmission Time Interval)よりTTI長が短い第2のTTIを利用して通信を行うユーザ端末であって、無線基地局から第1のTTI毎に送信される第1の下り制御情報と、第2のTTIで送信される第2の下り制御情報と、を受信する受信部と、前記第1の制御情報及び前記第2の制御情報に基づいて第2のTTIにおけるUL送信を制御する制御部と、を有し、前記制御部は、UL送信を行う第2のTTIから所定期間前に受信した第1の下り制御情報と、当該第1の下り制御情報が送信される第1のTTIに含まれる第2の下り制御情報と、を用いてUL送信を制御する。
