Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a wind velocity measuring system enabling observation of wind fluctuation by precisely measuring wind velocity. [Solution] When emission devices 10 emit respective laser beams the emission directions of which are different from one another, individual control units 12 control an emission time of the laser beams emitted from the corresponding emission devices 10 on the basis of instruction information from an integrated control unit 14. The laser beams can be emitted at a precise timing because the emission time is controlled using clocks synchronized with one another. In addition, the integrated control unit 14 can precisely calculate a wind velocity on the basis of a Doppler shift which is measured, by the emission devices 10, from backscattered beams of the laser beams emitted at the precise timing.

Le problème à résoudre par l'invention consiste à fournir un système de mesure de la vitesse du vent permettant l'observation d'une fluctuation du vent en mesurant précisément la vitesse du vent. Selon la solution de l'invention, lorsque des dispositifs d'émission (10) émettent des faisceaux laser respectifs dont les directions d'émission sont différentes les unes des autres, des unités de commande individuelles (12) commandent un instant d'émission des faisceaux laser émis par les dispositifs d'émission (10) correspondants sur la base d'informations d'instruction provenant d'une unité de commande intégrée (14). Les faisceaux laser peuvent être émis à un moment précis parce que l'instant d'émission est commandé à l'aide d'horloges synchronisées les unes avec les autres. En outre, l'unité de commande intégrée (14) peut calculer précisément une vitesse du vent sur la base d'un décalage Doppler qui est mesuré, par les dispositifs d'émission (10), à partir de faisceaux de rétrodiffusion des faisceaux laser émis au moment précis.

【課題】風の速度を正確に測定し、風の変動を把握できる風の速度計測システムを提供する。 【解決手段】出射装置10が出射方向の異なる複数のレーザー光を出射する際に、個別制御部12が、統合制御部14からの指示情報に基づき、出射装置10が出射する複数のレーザー光の出射時刻を制御する。出射時刻は同期が取られたクロックを使用して実施するので、正確なタイミングでレーザー光を出射できる。また、統合制御部14は、出射装置10が計測した、正確なタイミングで出射されたレーザー光の後方散乱光から計測したドップラーシフトに基づき、風の速度を正確に演算できる。
