Abstract:
(EN) A method for preparing a lithium-sulfur battery anode material having a three-dimensional structure, and the method comprises the following steps: step (1), adding graphite oxide into ethylene glycol for ultrasonic treatment, so as to form a graphene oxide suspension; step (2), dissolving triphenylphosphine into ethylene glycol, and then adding the resulting solution into the graphene oxide suspension; step (3), adding the obtained phosphorus-doped graphene having a three-dimensional structure together with ketjen black into N-methylpyrrolidone for ultrasonic treatment, so as to form a suspension; step (4), adding elemental sulfur into the N-methylpyrrolidone for ultrasonic treatment until the elemental sulfur is completely dissolved to form a suspension; step (5): mixing the two suspensions obtained from steps (4) and (3), stirring uniformly, and adding distilled water slowly while stirring, so as to obtain the lithium-sulfur battery anode material having a three-dimensional structure. The sulfur adsorption effect exhibited by phosphorus atoms in the phosphorus-doped graphene can effectively reduce the shuttle effect, thereby improving cycle life of a lithium-sulfur battery.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'anode de batterie lithium-soufre ayant une structure tridimensionnelle, et le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : étape (1), ajouter de l'oxyde de graphite dans de l'éthylène glycol pour un traitement par ultrasons, de manière à former une suspension d'oxyde de graphène ; étape (2), dissoudre du triphénylphosphine dans de l'éthylène glycol, puis ajouter la solution résultante dans la suspension d'oxyde de graphène ; étape (3), ajouter le graphène dopé au phosphore obtenu ayant une structure tridimensionnelle ainsi que du noir de Ketjen à de la N-méthylpyrrolidone en vue d'un traitement par ultrasons, de manière à former une suspension ; étape (4), ajouter du soufre élémentaire à la N-méthylpyrrolidone en vue d'un traitement par ultrasons jusqu'à ce que le soufre élémentaire soit complètement dissout pour former une suspension ; étape (5), mélanger les deux suspensions obtenues aux étapes (4) et (3), agiter de façon homogène, et ajouter de l'eau distillée lentement tout en agitant, de manière à obtenir le matériau d'anode de batterie lithium-soufre ayant une structure tridimensionnelle. L'effet d'adsorption de soufre présenté par les atomes de phosphore dans le graphène dopé au phosphore peut efficacement réduire l'effet navette, améliorant ainsi la durée de vie d'une batterie lithium-soufre.
(ZH) 一种三维结构的锂硫电池正极材料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:步骤(1):将氧化石墨加入到乙二醇中超声,形成氧化石墨烯悬浮液;步骤(2):将三苯基膦溶解到乙二醇中,再将其加入到氧化石墨烯悬浮液中;步骤(3):取步骤(2)得到的三维磷掺杂石墨烯与科琴黑加入到N-甲基吡咯烷酮中超声反应形成悬浮液;步骤(4):将单质硫加入到N-甲基吡咯烷酮中超声,直到单质硫完全溶解形成悬浮液;步骤(5):将(4)和(3)得到的两种悬浮液混合,搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌下缓慢的加入蒸馏水,得到三维结构的锂硫电池正极材料。磷掺杂石墨烯中的磷原子对硫的吸附作用能有效减少飞梭效应,提高锂硫电池的循环寿命。
