(FR) CONTRÔLE DE SYSTÈME DE PUISSANCE AU MOYEN DE MODULES D'INJECTION D'IMPÉDANCE RÉPARTIE ET DE DISPOSITIFS ACTIONNEURS DANS LE RÉSEAU ÉLECTRIQUE
Abstract:
(EN) A system architecture and method for enabling hierarchical intelligent control with appropriate-speed communication and coordination of control using intelligent distributed impedance / voltage injection modules, local intelligence centers, other actuator devices and miscellaneous FACTS coupled actuator devices is disclosed. Information transfer to a supervisory utility control is enabled for responding to integral power system disturbances, system modelling and optimization. By extending the control and communication capability to the edge of the HV power grid, control of the distribution network through FACTS based Demand response units is also enabled. Hence an integrated and hierarchical total power system control is established with distributed impedance / voltage injection modules, local intelligence centers, connected other actuator devices, miscellaneous FACTS coupled devices and utility supervisory all networked at appropriate speeds allowing optimization of the total power system from generation to distribution.
(FR) L'invention concerne une architecture de système et un procédé servant au contrôle intelligent hiérarchique avec une communication et une coordination dont la vitesse est appropriée du contrôle au moyen de modules intelligents d'injection d'impédance/de tension répartie, de centres d'intelligence locaux, d'autres dispositifs actionneurs et de divers dispositifs actionneurs couplés à des FACTS. Le transfert d'informations à un contrôle de service public de surveillance sert à la réponse à des perturbations du système de puissance dans son entier, à la modélisation et à l'optimisation de systèmes. L'extension de la capacité de contrôle et de communication jusqu'au bord du réseau électrique à HV permet également le contrôle du réseau de distribution par des unités de réponse à la demande à base de FACTS. Ainsi, un contrôle de système de puissance total intégré et hiérarchique est établi grâce à des modules d'injection d'impédance/de tension répartie, des centres d'intelligence locaux, d'autres dispositifs actionneurs connectés, divers dispositifs couplés à des FACTS et des dispositifs de surveillance de service public tous reliés en réseau à des vitesses appropriées permettant l'optimisation du système de puissance total de la génération à la distribution.
