Abstract:
(EN) A method of producing a three-dimensional object from an extrusion of material forms uses a movable portion of an additive extrusion printing device to form at least one line of material ("line of material"). The printing device preferably extrudes the material as a function of a nominal model having a specification of the object. The method also measures, using a coordinate measuring machine, at least one dimension of the line of material after starting to extrude the line of material. During or after measuring, the method checks, using a checker operatively coupled with the coordinate measuring machine, the dimensional accuracy of at least one dimension of the line of material by comparing the at least one dimension with at least one specification of the nominal model of the object.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un objet tridimensionnel à partir d'une extrusion de formes de matériau, qui utilise une partie mobile d'un dispositif d'impression par extrusion additive pour former au moins une ligne de matériau ("ligne de matériau"). Le dispositif d'impression extrude de préférence le matériau en fonction d'un modèle nominal doté d'une spécification de l'objet. Le procédé mesure également, à l'aide d'une machine de mesure en coordonnées, au moins une dimension de la ligne de matériau après avoir commencé à extruder la ligne de matériau. Pendant ou après la mesure, le procédé vérifie, à l'aide d'un moyen de vérification couplé fonctionnellement à la machine de mesure en coordonnées, la précision dimensionnelle d'au moins une cote de la ligne de matériau en comparant la ou les cotes à au moins une spécification du modèle nominal de l'objet.
