(FR) PRÉPARATION MICROBIOLOGIQUE POUR LA MINÉRALISATION D'UNE MATIÈRE ORGANIQUE CONTENANT DE LA CELLULOSE ET APPLICATION DE LA PRÉPARATION MICROBIOLOGIQUE DANS LA CULTURE DE PLANTES ET/OU LA NUTRITION ANIMALE
Abstract:
(EN) A microbial preparation for the mineralization of organic material, in particular cellulose- containing, comprising selected bacterial strains, living or capable of reproduction in the soil, macro- and/or microelements, and also biologically active compounds with antioxidant, antibacterial, and antifungal properties, stabilizers preventing the microbiological preparation from undesired destabilization and optionally water, characterized in that it comprises strains of Bacillus subtilis All (PCM B/00105) and/or Bacillus licheniformis 4/18 (B PCM/00106), deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Wroclaw, in the amount of 101-1012 cells per gram of preparation, preferably 108-109 cells per gram of preparation, immobilized on a carrier in the form of aluminosilicate mineral, preferably from the group of montmorillonite and/or attapulgite bentonites, with an average particle size of 0.001 to 0.07 mm and constituting from 0.01 to 5% by mass of the preparation. The invention also relates to the application of the preparation for the mineralization of organic matter, in particular cellulose-containing, in plant cultivation, for foliar or and/or root application, after the dilution of the preparation with water in the range of 0.02 to 5 % by mass, and/or in animal feed in liquid or dry form, for application with feed or water in the amount of 0.00001 g to 0.1 g preparation per kg of body weight per day.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une préparation microbienne pour la minéralisation d'une matière organique, en particulier contenant de la cellulose, comprenant des souches bactériennes sélectionnées, vivantes ou pouvant se reproduire dans le sol, des macro-éléments et/ou des micro-éléments, ainsi que des composés biologiquement actifs présentant des propriétés antioxydantes, antibactériennes et antifongiques, des stabilisateurs empêchant la préparation microbiologique de subir une déstabilisation non souhaitée et éventuellement de l'eau, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les souches de Bacillus subtilis All (PCM B/00105) et/ou de Bacillus licheniformis 4/18 (B PCM/00106), déposées dans la collection polonaise de micro-organismes de l'Université Polonaise de Sciences de Varsovie, à hauteur de 101 à 1012 cellules par gramme de préparation, de préférence de 108 à 109 cellules par gramme de préparation, immobilisées sur un support sous la forme d'un minéral aluminosilicaté, de préférence du groupe des bentonites de montmorillonite et/ou attapulgite, ayant une taille moyenne de particule de 0,001 à 0,07 mm et constituant de 0,01 à 5 % en masse de la préparation. L'invention concerne également l'application de la préparation pour la minéralisation de matières organiques, en particulier contenant de la cellulose, dans la culture de plantes, l'application sur les feuilles et/ou les racines, après la dilution de la préparation avec de l'eau dans la plage de 0,02 à 5 % en masse, et/ou dans l'alimentation animale sous forme liquide ou sèche, pour l'application avec des aliments ou de l'eau à hauteur de 0,00001 g à 0,1 g de préparation par kg de poids corporel par jour.
