An embodiment may provide a method for decoding movement information characterized in that information for determining movement-related information includes spatial information and time information, wherein the spatial information indicates the direction of a spatial prediction candidate used for sub-units from among spatial prediction candidates located on the left side and the upper side of a current prediction unit, and the time information indicates a reference prediction unit of a previous picture used for predicting the current prediction unit. Further, an encoding apparatus or a decoding apparatus capable of performing the aforementioned encoding or decoding method may be provided.

Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'informations de mouvement, caractérisé en ce que les informations permettant de déterminer des informations associées à un mouvement comprennent des informations spatiales et des informations temporelles, les informations spatiales indiquant la direction d'un candidat de prédiction spatiale utilisé pour des sous-unités parmi des candidats de prédiction spatiale situés sur le côté gauche et le côté supérieur d'une unité de prédiction actuelle, et les informations temporelles indiquant une unité de prédiction de référence d'une image précédente utilisée pour la prédiction de l'unité de prédiction actuelle. 일 실시예에 따라 움직임 관련 정보를 결정하기 위한 정보는 공간적 정보 및 시간적 정보를 포함하고, 공간적 정보는 현재 예측 단위의 좌측 및 상측에 위치한 공간적 예측 후보 중 서브 단위들에 이용되는 공간적 예측 후보의 방향을 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하고, 시간적 정보는 현재 예측 단위의 예측을 위해 이용되는 이전 픽처의 참조 예측 단위를 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 움직임 정보의 복호화 방법이 제공될 수 있다. 또한 상술한 부호화 또는 복호화 방법을 수행할 수 있는 부호화 장치 또는 복호화 장치가 제공될 수도 있다.
