Disclosed are a busbar for cooling a battery cell and a battery module using the same. A busbar for cooling a battery cell according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is a busbar for cooling a battery cell in a battery module including a plurality of battery cells, comprises: a body portion formed in a shape of a strap and contacting an electrode lead of the battery cell; and a curved portion formed integrally with the body portion and extending from one end of the body portion and curved in the thickness direction of the body portion, wherein the curved portion comprises: a coupling groove coupled to a coupling protrusion provided on a cooling plate of the battery module or a coupling protrusion provided on a predetermined frame of the battery module supporting the busbar; and a thermal contact surface in thermal contact with the cooling plate. Accordingly, an electrode lead portion of the battery cell having a large amount of heat generation is efficiently cooled, the structure of the battery module is also simplified and miniaturized, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

La présente invention porte sur une barre omnibus pour refroidissement d'élément de batterie et un module de batterie l'utilisant. Une barre omnibus pour refroidissement d'élément de batterie selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, qui est une barre omnibus pour refroidissement d'un élément de batterie dans un module de batterie comprenant une pluralité d'éléments de batterie, comprend : une partie corps formée sous forme de bande et venant en contact avec un fil d'électrode de l'élément de batterie ; et une partie courbe formée d'un seul tenant avec la partie corps et s'étendant depuis une extrémité de la partie corps et courbée dans la direction d'épaisseur de la partie corps, la partie courbe comprenant : une rainure d'accouplement accouplée à une saillie d'accouplement disposée sur une plaque de refroidissement du module de batterie ou une saillie d'accouplement disposée sur une trame prédéterminée du module de batterie soutenant la barre omnibus ; et une surface de contact thermique en contact thermique avec la plaque de refroidissement. En conséquence, une partie fil d'électrode de l'élément de batterie présentant une grande quantité de production de chaleur est efficacement refroidie, la structure du module de batterie est également simplifiée et miniaturisée, et le coût de fabrication est réduit.

배터리 셀 냉각용 버스바 및 이를 이용한 배터리 모듈이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 배터리 셀 냉각용 버스바는, 복수의 배터리 셀을 포함하는 배터리 모듈에서 배터리 셀을 냉각시키는 버스바로서, 스트랩(strap) 형태로 형성되며 상기 배터리 셀의 전극 리드와 접촉하는 몸체부; 및 상기 몸체부와 일체로 형성되되 상기 몸체부의 일단에서 연장되어 상기 몸체부의 두께 방향으로 만곡되는 만곡부를 포함하고, 상기 만곡부는, 상기 배터리 모듈의 쿨링 플레이트에 마련된 결합돌기 또는 상기 버스바를 지지하는 상기 배터리 모듈의 소정 프레임에 마련된 결합돌기와 결합하는 결합홈 및 상기 쿨링 플레이트와 열적으로 접촉하는 열접촉면을 포함하여, 발열량이 많은 배터리 셀의 전극 리드 부분을 효율적으로 냉각시킴은 물론, 배터리 모듈 구조를 간소화 및 소형화하고 제조 비용을 절감한다.
