Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a photosensitive coloring composition for forming a colored spacer, whereby the photosensitive coloring composition has high light-blocking properties and is capable of controlling a level difference between a main spacer and a sub-spacer, and of suppressing light leakage in the entire range of the visible wavelength region of 450 nm to 700 nm. This photosensitive coloring composition for forming a colored spacer contains a colorant (a), an alkali-soluble resin (b), a photopolymerization initiator (c), an ethylenically unsaturated compound (d), a solvent (e), and a dispersing agent (f), the colorant (a) including an organic pigment (a-1) and carbon black (a-2), the content ratio of the carbon black (a-2) with respect to the colorant (a) being 20% by mass or less, and the highest transmittance of the photosensitive coloring composition at a wavelength of 300 to 370 nm being 0.010% or higher.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir une composition colorante photosensible pour formation d'élément d'espacement coloré dont les propriétés d'obstruction de lumière sont élevées, qui régule une différence de niveau entre un élément d'espacement principal et un élément d'espacement secondaire, et qui simultanément permet d'inhiber une fuite de lumière dans l'ensemble d'une plage de 450 à 700 nm de longueur d'onde constituant une région visible. La composition colorante photosensible pour formation d'élément d'espacement coloré de l'invention comprend (a) un agent colorant, (b) une résine soluble dans l'alcali, (c) un initiateur de photopolymérisation, (d) un composé éthyléniquement insaturé, (e) un solvant et (f) un agent de dispersion. (a) L'agent colorant contient (a-1) un pigment organique et (a-2) un noir de carbone. La proportion de (a-2) noir de carbone par rapport à (a) l'agent colorant, est inférieure ou égale à 20% en masse. La transmittance de ladite composition colorante photosensible entre 300 et 370nm de longueur d'onde est supérieure ou égale à 0,010%.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、遮光性が高く、メインスペーサーとサブスペーサーの段差をコントロールすると共に、可視領域である波長450nmから700nmの全範囲における光漏れも抑制することが可能な着色スペーサー形成用感光性着色組成物を提供することにある。本発明の着色スペーサー形成用感光性着色組成物は、(a)着色剤、(b)アルカリ可溶性樹脂、(c)光重合開始剤、(d)エチレン性不飽和化合物、(e)溶剤、及び(f)分散剤を含有し、(a)着色剤が、(a-1)有機顔料、及び(a-2)カーボンブラックを含み、(a)着色剤に対する(a-2)カーボンブラックの含有割合が20質量%以下であり、かつ、前記感光性着色組成物の波長300~370nmにおける最高透過率が0.010%以上である。
