Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer particles having few changes over time in sol viscosity when kneaded together with a plasticizer and having exceptional mechanical strength when processed at low temperatures; and applications represented by a coating agent, especially an automobile underbody coating, or an automotive sealant. Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer particles characterized by comprising a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer in which the vinyl acetate residue unit content is continuously distributed within the 0-30 wt% range, there is one maximum value of the distribution, the average degree of polymerization is 1,500-3,000, and the average vinyl acetate residue unit content is 5-15 wt%, the average primary particle size of the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer being 1-2 μm.
(FR) L’invention fournit des particules de copolymère chlorure de vinyle – acétate de vinyle qui présentent peu de modification au cours du temps de la viscosité d’un sol lorsque mélangées à un plastifiant, et qui sont dotées d’une excellente résistance mécanique lorsqu’usinées à basse température. L’invention fournit aussi un agent de revêtement, et une application de celui-ci tout particulièrement dans un revêtement de soubassement de carrosserie de véhicule, un produit d’étanchéité, ou similaire. Ces particules de copolymère chlorure de vinyle – acétate de vinyle sont caractéristiques en ce que le diamètre moyen de particule primaire d’un copolymère chlorure de vinyle – acétate de vinyle est compris entre 1 et 2 μm. Ce copolymère chlorure de vinyle – acétate de vinyle est tel que la teneur en unité de résidu d’acétate de vinyle est répartie de manière continue à l’intérieur d’une plage de 0 à 30%, la valeur maximale de cette répartition est 1, son degré moyen de polymérisation est compris entre 1500 et 3000, et la teneur moyenne en unité de résidu d’acétate de vinyle est comprise entre 5 et 15%.
(JA) 可塑剤と混練した際に、ゾルの粘度経時変化が少なく、低温加工した際の機械的強度に優れる塩化ビニル-酢酸ビニル共重合体粒子、及び、コート剤、特に自動車アンダーボディコート、又は自動車用シーラント等に代表される用途を提供する。 酢酸ビニル残基単位含有量が0~30重量%の範囲内で連続分布し、その分布の極大値が1つであり、平均重合度1500~3000、平均酢酸ビニル残基単位含有量5~15重量%である塩化ビニル-酢酸ビニル共重合体であり、該塩化ビニル-酢酸ビニル共重合体の平均一次粒子径が1~2μmであることを特徴とする塩化ビニル-酢酸ビニル共重合体粒子。
