Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a conductive particle for which, when used as a conductive particle added to an anisotropic conductive adhesive, both excellent conduction reliability and insulation reliability can be obtained. A conductive particle 100a is provided with: a composite particle 103 having a resin particle 101, and nonconductive inorganic particles 102 disposed on the surface of said resin particle 101; and a metal layer for covering the composite particle 103. The metal layer has projections 109 on the external surface of the nonconductive inorganic particles 102 which serve as cores. The nonconductive inorganic particles 102 have 40-200 first nonconductive inorganic particles 102a for which the diameter is less than 70 nm and have 5-50 second nonconductive inorganic particles 102b for which the diameter is 90-120 nm, on the surface inside a concentric circle having a diameter that is 1/2 the diameter of the resin particle 101.
(FR) L'invention concerne une particule conductrice caractérisée en ce que, lorsqu'elle est utilisée comme particule conductrice ajoutée à un adhésif conducteur anisotrope, à la fois une excellente fiabilité de conduction et une excellente fiabilité d'isolation peuvent être obtenues. Une particule conductrice 100a comporte: une particule composite 103 comprenant une particule 101 en résine, et des particules inorganiques non conductrices 102 disposées sur la surface de ladite particule 101 en résine; et une couche métallique servant à recouvrir la particule composite 103. La couche métallique présente des protubérances 109 sur la surface externe des particules inorganiques non conductrices 102 qui servent de noyaux. Les particules inorganiques non conductrices 102 comprennent 40 à 200 premières particules inorganiques non conductrices 102a dont le diamètre est inférieur à 70 nm et comprennent 5 à 50 deuxièmes particules inorganiques non conductrices 102b dont le diamètre est de 90 à 120 nm, sur la surface située à l'intérieur d'un cercle concentrique présentant un diamètre qui vaut 1/2 fois le diamètre de la particule 101 en résine.
