Abstract:
(EN) Provided are conductive particles which enable the achievement of a good balance between excellent conduction reliability and insulation reliability in cases where the conductive particles are blended in an anisotropic conductive adhesive. Each conductive particle 100a comprises: a composite particle 103 that has a resin particle 101, which is coated with a cationic polymer, and non-conductive inorganic particles 102, which are arranged on the surface of the resin particle 101; and a metal layer that covers the composite particle 103. The non-conductive inorganic particles 102 are coated with a hydrophobilizing agent.
(FR) L'invention concerne des particules conductrices qui permettent d'obtenir un bon équilibre entre excellente fiabilité de conduction et fiabilité d'isolation dans le cas où les particules conductrices sont mélangées dans un adhésif conducteur anisotrope. Chaque particule conductrice 100a comprend : une particule composite 103 qui comprend une particule de résine 101, qui est revêtue d'un polymère cationique, et des particules inorganiques non conductrices 102, qui sont disposées sur la surface de la particule de résine 101 ; et une couche métallique qui recouvre la particule composite 103. Les particules inorganiques non conductrices 102 sont revêtues d'un agent hydrophobisant.
(JA) 異方導電性接着剤に配合される導電粒子として用いられたときに優れた導通信頼性及び絶縁信頼性を両立することができる導電粒子を提供する。導電粒子100aは、カチオン性ポリマーにより被覆された樹脂粒子101、及び樹脂粒子101の表面に配置される非導電性無機粒子102を有する複合粒子103と、複合粒子103を覆う金属層と、を備える。非導電性無機粒子102は、疎水化処理剤によって被覆されている。
