Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a non-chromate surface treatment agent which is capable of forming a surface treatment film between an aluminum material or the like and an upper layer film without using one or more iron group compounds selected from among oxides of iron, nickel or cobalt, hydroxides of these metals and oxyhydroxides of these metals, said surface treatment film exhibiting excellent adhesion to the aluminum material or the like and to the upper layer film, while providing the aluminum material or the like with excellent corrosion resistance; a method for producing a surface treatment film, which uses this surface treatment agent; and an aluminum material or aluminum alloy material having the surface treatment film. The above-described problem is able to be solved by a surface treatment agent which contains (A) a water-soluble or water-dispersible organic polymer that has a carbonyl group and/or a hydroxyl group in each unit structure and (B) an organic compound having a phosphonic group.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un agent de traitement de surface sans chromate qui est capable de former un film de traitement de surface entre un matériau d'aluminium ou autre et un film de couche supérieure sans utiliser de composé(s) du groupe du fer choisis parmi des oxydes de fer, de nickel ou de cobalt, des hydroxydes de ces métaux et des oxyhydroxydes de ces métaux, ledit film de traitement de surface présentant une excellente adhérence sur le matériau d'aluminium ou autre et le film de couche supérieure, tout en conférant une excellente résistance à la corrosion audit matériau d'aluminium ou autre ; un procédé de fabrication d'un film de traitement de surface qui utilise ledit agent de traitement de surface ; un matériau d'aluminium ou d'alliage d'aluminium ayant le film de traitement de surface. Un agent de traitement de surface selon l'invention contient (A) un polymère organique, hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersible, possédant un groupe carbonyle et/ou un groupe hydroxyle dans chaque motif structurel et (B) un composé organique ayant un groupe phosphonic.
(JA) 鉄、ニッケル若しくはコバルトの酸化物、それらの水酸化物又はそれらのオキシ水酸化物から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の鉄族化合物等を用いることなく、アルミニウム材等及び上層皮膜に対して優れた密着性を有し、かつ、アルミニウム材等に優れた耐食性を付与する、表面処理皮膜を、アルミニウム材等と上層皮膜との間に形成することができるノンクロメート表面処理剤、該表面処理剤を用いた表面処理皮膜の製造方法、及び該表面処理皮膜を有するアルミニウム材又はアルミニウム合金材を提供すること。 カルボニル基及び/又は水酸基を単位構造中に有する水溶性又は水分散性の有機重合体(A)と、ホスホン基を有する有機化合物(B)とを含有する表面処理剤によって、上記課題を解決することができる。
