Abstract:
(EN) This slag cyclone is provided with a cyclone body (50) into which a mixed fluid of water and pressurized slag is guided and which centrifugally separates the slag from the water, and a pressure container (51) for accommodating the cyclone body (50), an opening part (50d) provided vertically below the cyclone body (50) being opened inside the pressure container (51). A wear-resistant material (56) is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the cyclone body (50). A slag receiver (51d) for temporarily storing slag is provided to the pressure container (51), below the opening part (50d) of the cyclone body (50).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un cyclone de laitier qui comporte un corps de cyclone (50) dans lequel un fluide mélangé constitué d'eau et de laitier sous pression est guidé, et qui sépare par centrifugation le laitier de l'eau, et un récipient de pression (51) pour loger le corps de cyclone (50), une partie d'ouverture (50d) prévue verticalement sous le corps de cyclone (50) étant ouverte à l'intérieur du récipient de pression (51). Un matériau résistant à l'usure (56) est prévu sur la surface périphérique intérieure du corps de cyclone (50). Un récepteur de laitier (51d) pour stocker temporairement le laitier est fourni sur le récipient de pression (51), en dessous de la partie d'ouverture (50d) du corps de cyclone (50).
(JA) 加圧されたスラグと水との混合流体が内部に導かれてスラグを水から遠心分離するサイクロン本体(50)と、サイクロン本体(50)を収容する圧力容器(51)とを備え、サイクロン本体(50)の鉛直下方に設けた開口部(50d)が圧力容器(51)内に開口している。サイクロン本体(50)の内周面には、耐摩耗材(56)が設けられている。圧力容器(51)には、サイクロン本体(50)の開口部(50d)の下方に、スラグを一時的に貯留するスラグレシーバ(51d)が設けられている。
