Abstract:
(EN) To find a method for producing a cationic electrodeposition coating composition having excellent storage stability, curability at low temperatures, finish appearance and corrosion prevention properties; and to provide a coated article having these excellent properties. A method for producing a cationic electrodeposition coating composition, which is characterized by production by means of mixing three components, namely (A) an aqueous dispersion of an epoxy resin containing an amino group, (B) an aqueous dispersion of a blocked polyisocyanate compound and (C) a pigment dispersion paste; and a method for producing a cationic electrodeposition coating composition, which is characterized in that the aqueous dispersion (B) of a blocked polyisocyanate compound contains a blocked polyisocyanate compound (b) and an emulsifying agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d’une composition de revêtement par électrodéposition cationique ayant d’excellentes propriétés de stabilité à la conservation, durcissabilité à basse température, aspect final et prévention de la corrosion ; et un article revêtu ayant ces excellentes propriétés. Un procédé de production d’une composition de revêtement par électrodéposition cationique, qui est caractérisé par la production au moyen du mélange de trois composants, à savoir (A) une dispersion aqueuse d’une résine époxy contenant un groupe amino, (B) une dispersion aqueuse d’un composé polyisocyanate bloqué et (C) une pâte de dispersion de pigment ; et un procédé de production d’une composition de revêtement par électrodéposition cationique, qui est caractérisé en ce que la dispersion aqueuse (B) d’un composé polyisocyanate bloqué contient un composé polyisocyanate bloqué (b) et un agent émulsifiant.
(JA) 貯蔵安定性、低温硬化性、仕上がり性、及び防食性に優れたカチオン電着塗料組成物の製造方法を見出し、これらの諸性能に優れた塗装物品を提供すること。 アミノ基含有エポキシ樹脂の水分散体(A)、ブロック化ポリイソシアネート化合物の水分散体(B)、及び顔料分散ペースト(C)の3成分を混合して得られることを特徴とするカチオン電着塗料組成物の製造方法、並びに該ブロック化ポリイソシアネート化合物の水分散体(B)が、ブロック化ポリイソシアネート化合物(b)及び乳化剤を含有することを特徴とするカチオン電着塗料組成物の製造方法。
