Abstract:
(EN) The present invention pertains to: an ink jet recording device that can obtain a recorded material having an excellent appearance while maintaining high image quality even when recording on a resin recording medium with water-based ink; and an ink jet recording method. Provided is an ink jet recording device in which, when a recording medium wound upon a jumbo roll in a jumbo roll heating and supporting mechanism and the recording medium directly below a plurality of ink jet heads serve as a plurality of recording medium measurement sites, a plurality of temperature measuring instruments each measure the surface temperatures at the plurality of recording medium measurement sites, and a heating amount control device controls, on the basis of the plurality of measured temperatures, the heating amount from the jumbo roll heating and supporting mechanism and the heating amount from underside heaters such that the temperature differences in the recording medium, to which tension has been applied, reach within 10°C. Also provided is an ink jet recording method using the ink jet recording device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif ainsi qu'un procédé d'enregistrement à jet d'encre qui permettent d'obtenir un article imprimé d'aspect satisfaisant, en préservant une haute qualité d'image, y compris en cas d'enregistrement sur un support d'enregistrement en résine à l'aide d'une encre aqueuse. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'enregistrement à jet d'encre et un procédé d'enregistrement à jet d'encre mettant en œuvre ce dispositif tels que dans le cas où un support d'enregistrement enroulé sur un rouleau de matériau de départ dans un mécanisme de chauffage et support de rouleau de matériau de départ, et un support d'enregistrement juste au-dessous d'une pluralité de têtes à jet d'encre, constituent une pluralité de points de mesure de support d'enregistrement, une pluralité d'appareils de mesure de température, mesure la température superficielle de chacun des points de mesure de support d'enregistrement, un dispositif de commande de quantité de chauffage commande la quantité de chauffage du mécanisme de chauffage et support de rouleau de matériau de départ et la quantité de chauffage d'un élément chauffant inférieur sur la base de la pluralité de températures mesurées, de sorte que la différence de température des supports d'enregistrement soumis à une traction ne dépasse pas 10°C.
(JA) 本発明は、水系インクで樹脂記録媒体に記録しても、高画質を維持したまま、外観の良好な記録物を得ることができるインクジェット記録装置、及びインクジェット記録方法に関し、原反ロール加熱支持機構における原反ロールに巻かれた記録媒体、及び複数のインクジェットヘッドの直下の記録媒体を複数の記録媒体測定箇所とした場合において、複数の温度測定機は、それぞれ複数の記録媒体測定箇所の表面温度を測定し、加熱量制御装置は、該複数の測定温度に基づいて、該張力が付与された記録媒体の温度の差が10℃以内になるように、原反ロール加熱支持機構の加熱量とアンダーヒーターの加熱量とを制御するインクジェット記録装置、及び該装置を用いるインクジェット記録方法である。
