Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a biodegradable polyester resin composition that is capable of suppressing the formation of burrs, which is a fault of a poly-3-hydroxyalkanoate, while improving heat resistance, ductility, toughness and processability, which are faults of a polylactic acid; and a molded body which is formed from this resin composition. The above-described problem has been solved by a biodegradable polyester resin composition which contains from 30 parts by weight to 60 parts by weight (inclusive) of (A) a polylactic acid, from 25 parts by weight to 45 parts by weight (inclusive) of (B) a poly-3-hydroxyalkanoate and from 5 parts by weight to 25 parts by weight (inclusive) of (C) an aliphatic aromatic polyester in a total of 100 parts by weight of the three components, namely (A) a polylactic acid, (B) a poly-3-hydroxyalkanoate and (C) an aliphatic aromatic polyester, and which additionally contains from 0.05 part by weight to 20 parts by weight (inclusive) of (D) pentaerythritol, from 10 parts by weight to 40 parts by weight (inclusive) of (E) a silicate and from 0 part by weight to 3 parts by weight (inclusive) of (F) a compatibilizer having an epoxy group per the total of 100 parts by weight of the three components, namely (A) a polylactic acid, (B) a poly-3-hydroxyalkanoate and (C) an aliphatic aromatic polyester.
(FR) La présente invention concerne : une composition de résine de polyester biodégradable qui est capable de supprimer la formation de bavures, ce qui est un défaut d’un poly-3-hydroxyalcanoate, tout en améliorant la résistance à la chaleur, la ductilité, la rigidité et l’aptitude au traitement, qui sont des défauts d’un acide polylactique ; et un corps moulé qui est formé à partir de ladite composition de résine. Le problème ci-dessus décrit a été résolu par une composition de résine de polyester biodégradable qui contient de 30 parties en poids à 60 parties en poids (inclus) de (A) un acide polylactique, de 25 parties en poids à 45 parties en poids (inclus) de (B) un poly-3-hydroxyalcanoate et de 5 parties en poids à 25 parties en poids (inclus) de (C) un polyester aromatique aliphatique en un total de 100 parties en poids des trois constituants, à savoir (A) un acide polylactique, (B) un poly-3-hydroxyalcanoate et (C) un polyester aromatique aliphatique, et qui contient en outre de 0,05 partie en poids à 20 parties en poids (inclus) de (D) pentaérythritol, de 10 parties en poids à 40 parties en poids (inclus) de (E) un silicate et de 0 partie en poids à 3 parties en poids (inclus) de (F) un agent de compatibilisation possédant un groupe époxy sur le total de 100 parties en poids des trois constituants, à savoir (A) un acide polylactique, (B) un poly-3-hydroxyalcanoate et (C) un polyester aromatique aliphatique.
(JA) ポリ乳酸の欠点である耐熱性と延性と靭性と加工性を改善するとともに、ポリ-3-ヒドロキシアルカノエートの欠点であるバリ発生も抑制できる生分解性ポリエステル樹脂組成物および該樹脂組成物から成る成形体を提供することを目的とする。 (A)ポリ乳酸、(B)ポリ-3-ヒドロキシアルカノエート、及び(C)脂肪族芳香族ポリエステルの三成分の全量100重量部のうち、(A)ポリ乳酸を30重量部以上60重量部以下、(B)ポリ-3-ヒドロキシアルカノエートを25重量部以上45重量部以下、(C)脂肪族芳香族ポリエステルを5重量部以上25重量部以下含有し、更に(A)ポリ乳酸と(B)ポリ-3-ヒドロキシアルカノエートと(C)脂肪族芳香族ポリエステルの三成分の全量100重量部に対して、(D)ペンタエリスリトールを0.05重量部以上20重量部以下、(E)珪酸塩を10重量部以上40重量部以下、(F)エポキシ基を有する相容化剤を0重量部以上3重量部以下含有する生分解性ポリエステル樹脂組成物により上記課題を解決した。
