Abstract:
(EN) An electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery, said electrode including: an aluminum base material, the surface of which being covered by a film; and an active material layer formed on the film of this aluminum base material, wherein: this active material layer contains active material particles and a binding agent; the active material particles contain at least particles of a lithium-nickel-containing composite oxide having a laminar crystal structure; and on the surface of the aluminum base material on which the active material layer is formed there are, in any square region for which one side is 100 µm, no more than five recesses for which the longest diameter of the opening part is at least 5 µm, or the LiOH content in the active material layer is less than 0.5% by mass in relation to all of the active material particles.
(FR) L’invention concerne une électrode pour batterie secondaire au lithium-ion qui contient un matériau de base en aluminium dont la surface est revêtue par une membrane, et une couche de matière active formée sur la membrane de ce matériau de base en aluminium. La couche de matière active contient des particules de matière active et un liant. Les particules de matière active contiennent au moins des particules d’oxyde composite à teneur en lithium nickel possédant une structure cristalline sous forme de couche. Au niveau de la surface dudit matériau de base en aluminium sur lequel est formée ladite couche de matière active, dans une région carrée arbitraire de 100μm de côté, le nombre de parties en retrait dont le diamètre maximal d’une partie ouverture est supérieur ou égal à 5μm, n’excède pas 5, ou la teneur en LiOH dans ladite couche de matière active est inférieure à 0,5% en masse pour l’ensemble desdites particules de matière active.
