Abstract:
(EN) This invention sets out a reaction device having a thermally conductive heat exchanger for causing, using heat exchange between a heat medium and a reaction fluid, a reaction of the reaction fluid to progress, the heat exchanger having therein a heat medium channel for channeling the heat medium and a reaction channel for channeling the reaction fluid. The reaction device has a heat transmission accelerator 53, which is provided in the heat medium channel and which is in close contact with the heat exchanger in order to accelerate the transmission of heat between the heat medium and the heat exchanger. The heat transmission accelerator is constituted by a collection of a plurality of types of partial heat transmission accelerators 53a. Replacing at least one of the partial heat transmission accelerators with a partial heat transmission accelerator of another type locally changes the heat transmission performance of the heat transmission accelerator, whereby the temperature distribution in the heat exchanger can be readjusted.
(FR) L'invention présente un dispositif de réaction comportant un échangeur de chaleur thermoconducteur pour provoquer, à l'aide d'un échange de chaleur entre un milieu caloporteur et un fluide de réaction, la progression d'une réaction du fluide de réaction, l'échangeur de chaleur renfermant un canal de milieu caloporteur pour canaliser le milieu caloporteur et un canal de réaction pour canaliser le fluide de réaction. Le dispositif de réaction comporte un accélérateur de transmission de chaleur 53, qui est disposé dans le canal de milieu caloporteur et qui est en contact étroit avec l'échangeur de chaleur de manière à accélérer la transmission de chaleur entre le milieu caloporteur et l'échangeur de chaleur. L'accélérateur de transmission de chaleur est constitué d'une collecte d'une pluralité de types d'accélérateurs 53a de transmission de chaleur partielle. Le remplacement d'au moins un des accélérateurs de transmission de chaleur partielle par un accélérateur de transmission de chaleur partielle d'un autre type modifie localement les performances de transmission de chaleur de l'accélérateur de transmission de chaleur, la distribution de température dans l'échangeur de chaleur pouvant être réajustée.
(JA) 熱媒体と反応流体との熱交換を利用して反応流体の反応を進行させるための、熱媒体を流通させる熱媒体流路と、反応流体を流通させる反応流路とを内部に有する熱伝導性の熱交換体を有する反応装置を記載する。反応装置は、熱媒体と熱交換体との間の伝熱を促進するために熱媒体流路内に設けられて熱交換体に密接する伝熱促進体53を有し、伝熱促進体は、複数種類の部分伝熱促進体53aの集合体によって構成される。部分伝熱促進体の少なくとも1つを別種の部分伝熱促進体で置換することによって伝熱促進体の伝熱性能が局所的に変更され、これによって熱交換体内の温度分布の再調節が可能である。
