Abstract:
(EN) When a sealing layer is formed on an inner surface of a tire by a strip-like sealing agent, a change in thickness of the sealing layer is easily suppressed. A sealing layer (17) is formed on an inner surface (5) of a tire (1) by a strip-like sealing agent (20). A pair of side surfaces (21) of the sealing agent (20) is positioned on both sides in a width direction (H) of the sealing agent (20), and inclined to the same side in the width direction (H) of the sealing agent (20) with respect to a thickness direction (R) of the sealing agent (20). The sealing agent (20) is spirally arranged on the inner surface (5) of the tire (1) with the adjacent side surfaces (21) thereof overlapped with each other to form the sealing layer (17).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, lorsqu’une couche d’étanchéité est formée sur une surface interne d’un pneumatique par un agent d’étanchéité en forme de bande, un changement d’épaisseur de la couche d’étanchéité est aisément supprimé. Une couche d’étanchéité (17) est formée sur une surface interne (5) d’un pneumatique (1) par un agent d’étanchéité en forme de bande (20). Une paire de surfaces latérales (21) de l’agent d’étanchéité (20) est positionnée sur les deux côtés dans la direction de la largeur (H) de l’agent d’étanchéité (20), et inclinée vers le même côté dans la direction de la largeur (H) de l’agent d’étanchéité (20) par rapport à une direction d’épaisseur (R) de l’agent d’étanchéité (20). L’agent d’étanchéité (20) est agencé en spirale sur la surface interne (5) du pneumatique (1) avec des surfaces latérales adjacentes (21) de celui-ci se chevauchant mutuellement pour former la couche d’étanchéité (17).
