Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a linear cutter, whereby a linear cutter can be continuously manufactured, processing cost, processing time, and the number of processing steps can be significantly reduced, and the manufacturing method can immediately be configured for a linear cutter having a specialized length. [Solution] A pair of roller dies 2, 2 is prepared for forming a die hole for processing a wire rod 1 into a predetermined shape, the die hole is provided with point angle parts 2c, 2c for forming a blade, and the wire rod 1 is passed through the die hole while the roller dies 2, 2 are rotated, whereby a blade 14b is formed on at least one edge of the wire rod 1 at the same time that the cross-sectional shape of the wire rod 1 is formed in a pre-set shape.
(FR) [Problème] Fournir un procédé de fabrication d’un dispositif de coupe linéaire, au moyen duquel un dispositif de coupe linéaire peut être fabriquée en continu, le coût de traitement, le temps de traitement et le nombre d’étapes de traitement peuvent être significativement réduits, et le procédé de fabrication peut être immédiatement configuré pour un dispositif de coupe linéaire ayant une longueur spécialisée. [Solution] Selon la présente invention, une paire de filières à galet 2, 2 est préparée pour former un trou de filière pour transformer un fil machine 1 en une forme prédéterminée, le trou de filière est pourvu de parties d’angle de pointe 2c, 2c pour former une lame, et le fil machine est passé à travers le trou de filière tandis que les filières à galet 2, 2 sont mises en rotation, de sorte qu’une lame 14b soit formée sur au moins un bord du fil machine 1 en même temps que la forme de section transversale du fil machine 1 est formée en une forme prédéfinie.
(JA) 【課題】 線状刃物を連続的に製造することができ、加工工程、加工時間及び加工コストを大幅に削減できるとともに、特殊な長さの線状刃物にもすぐに対応が可能な線状刃物の製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 線材1を所定形状に加工するための型孔を形成する一対のローラダイス2,2を準備し、前記型孔は刃を形成するための尖角部2c,2cを備え、ローラダイス2,2を回転させながら前記型孔に線材1を通すことで、線材1の断面形状を予め設定された形状に形成すると同時に、線材1の少なくとも一端縁に刃14bを形成するようにした。
