Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a technique having advantage to shorten an imaging time while maintain the quality of an image in a configuration in which photon counting radiation imaging is performed. This radiation imaging device is provided with: a pixel array in which a plurality of pixels are arranged; and a processing unit which processes a pixel signal nondestructively read out from each of the pixels. The radiation imaging device is characterized in that the processing unit performs first processing for, with a group of pixel signals from the plurality of pixels as image data of one frame, acquiring image data of a plurality of frames by repeatedly reading out image data while the pixel array is irradiated with radiation; and second processing for generating data for a radiation image on the basis of the number and/or energy amount of radiation photons incident on the pixel array, and the positions of incidence thereof, the number, the energy amount, and the positions being based on a data difference between the image data of the plurality of frames.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une technique présentant un avantage consistant à raccourcir un temps d'imagerie tout en maintenant la qualité d'une image dans une configuration dans laquelle est réalisée une imagerie par rayonnement à comptage de photons. Ce dispositif d'imagerie par rayonnement est muni : d'une matrice de pixels dans laquelle est agencée une pluralité de pixels ; et d'une unité de traitement qui traite un signal de pixel lu à partir de chacun des pixels, de manière non destructive. Le dispositif d'imagerie par rayonnement est caractérisé en ce que l'unité de traitement effectue un premier traitement destiné à acquérir, en utilisant un groupe de signaux de pixels parmi la pluralité de pixels en tant que données d'image d'une trame, des données d'image d'une pluralité de trames par lecture répétée de données d'image tandis que la matrice de pixels est exposée à un rayonnement ; et un second traitement destiné à générer des données pour une image de rayonnement sur la base du nombre et/ou de la quantité d'énergie de photons de rayonnement incidents sur la matrice de pixels, et les positions d'incidence associées, le nombre, la quantité d'énergie, et les positions étant basés sur une différence de données entre les données d'image de la pluralité de trames.
(JA) 本発明は、フォトンカウンティング方式の放射線撮影を行う構成において画像の品質を維持しながら撮影時間を短くするのに有利な技術を提供する。 本発明に係る複数の画素が配列された画素アレイと、各画素から非破壊読出で読み出された画素信号を処理する処理部とを備え、前記処理部は、前記複数の画素からの画素信号の群を1フレーム分の画像データとして、前記画素アレイに対して放射線が照射されている間に画像データの読み出しを繰り返し行って、複数フレームの画像データを取得する第1処理と、前記複数フレームの画像データの間でのデータの差に基づく、前記画素アレイに入射した放射線フォトンの数及びエネルギー量の少なくとも一方、並びに、その入射位置に基づいて放射線画像用のデータを生成する第2処理と、を行うことを特徴とする放射線撮像装置。
