Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a three-dimensional measuring device with which it is possible to improve measuring accuracy, for example, when performing three-dimensional measurement. A board inspecting device 10 is provided with: a conveyor 13 which moves a printed circuit board 1; an illuminating device 14 which illuminates the printed circuit board 1 with prescribed light; and a camera 15 which captures an image of the printed circuit board 1 illuminated with the light. The camera 15 is provided with an image capturing element provided in such a way as to be capable of being displaced in the vertical direction, and a bilateral telecentric optical system which causes an image of the printed circuit board 1 to be formed on the image capturing element. Furthermore, prior to performing image capture relating to a certain region of the printed circuit board 1 for the purpose of performing three dimensional measurement thereof, the height of the certain region, for example, is measured, and the height of the image capturing element 17 is adjusted on the basis of the result of the measurement.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de mesure tridimensionnelle à l'aide duquel il est possible d'améliorer la précision de mesure, par exemple lors de la réalisation d'une mesure tridimensionnelle. Un dispositif 10 d'inspection de certes comporte: un convoyeur 13 qui déplace une carte 1 à circuits imprimés; un dispositif 14 d'éclairage qui éclaire la carte 1 à circuits imprimés avec une lumière prescrite; et une caméra 15 qui capture une image de la carte 1 à circuits imprimés éclairée par la lumière. La caméra 15 est munie d'un élément de capture d'images placé de façon à pouvoir être déplacé dans la direction verticale, et d'un système optique télécentrique bilatéral qui provoque la formation d'une image de la carte 1 à circuits imprimés sur l'élément de capture d'images. En outre, avant d'effectuer la capture d'image se rapportant à une certaine région de la carte 1 à circuits imprimés dans le but d'effectuer une mesure tridimensionnelle de celle-ci, la hauteur de la région considérée, par exemple, est mesurée, et la hauteur de l'élément 17 de capture d'images est réglée en fonction du résultat de la mesure.
(JA) 三次元計測を行うにあたり、計測精度の向上等を図ることのできる三次元計測装置を提供する。基板検査装置10は、プリント基板1を移動するコンベア13と、プリント基板1に対し所定の光を照射する照明装置14と、該光の照射されたプリント基板1を撮像するカメラ15とを備えている。カメラ15は、上下方向へ変位可能に設けられた撮像素子と、これにプリント基板1の像を結像させる両側テレセントリック光学系とを備えている。そして、三次元計測を目的としたプリント基板1の所定領域に係る撮像を行う前段階に、該所定領域の高さ計測等を行うと共に、この結果に基づき撮像素子17の高さ調整等を行う。
