Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive method for double-sided heat cooking of a foodstuff to be heated, which is capable of bringing the temperature of a lower cast close to the temperature of an upper cast, thereby uniformly cooking the foodstuff to be heated. With this method for double-sided heat cooking, if the mass of an upper cast 7 is less than the mass of a lower cast 6, and if the lower cast 6 is heated at the maximum rated power consumption of a lower electric heater 23 with the temperature thereof being sensed by a temperature sensor 25, then, on the basis of the temperature information thus sensed, the power consumption of an upper electric heater 45 which heats the upper cast 7 is controlled by an upper heater power control device, the temperature of the upper cast 7 is brought close to the temperature of the lower cast 6, and a foodstuff to be heated is cooked.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé économique pour la cuisson double face d'un aliment devant être chauffé, qui est capable d'amener la température d'un moule inférieur à proximité de la température d'un moule supérieur, de manière à cuire uniformément l'aliment devant être chauffé. Au moyen de ce procédé de cuisson double face, si la masse d'un moule supérieur 7 est inférieure à la masse d'un moule inférieur 6, et si le moule inférieur 6 est chauffé à la consommation électrique nominale maximale d'un dispositif de chauffage électrique inférieur 23 dont la température est détectée par un capteur de température 25, alors, sur la base des informations de température détectées ainsi, la consommation électrique d'un dispositif de chauffage électrique supérieur 45 qui chauffe le moule supérieur 7 est régulée par un dispositif de régulation d'alimentation de chauffage supérieur, la température du moule supérieur 7 est amenée à proximité de la température du moule inférieur 6, et un aliment devant être chauffé est cuit.
(JA) 下型と上型の温度を近似させて、被加熱食材を均一に焼成しうるようにした、安価な被加熱食材の両面焼き焼成方法を提供する。 本発明の両面焼き焼成方法は、上型7の質量が下型6の質量よりも小さく、かつ下型6を下部電気ヒータ23の定格最大消費電力で加熱してその温度を温度センサ25により検知する場合に、その検知した温度情報に基づいて、上型7を加熱する上部電気ヒータ45の消費電力を上部ヒータ電力制御装置により制御し、下型6の温度に上型7の温度を近似させて、被加熱食材を焼成するようにする。
