Abstract:
(EN) In a flux unit 30 for the present invention, a flux supply device 126 for discharging flux into a retention tray 122 has a discharge outlet 156 for discharging the flux and a discharge outlet moving device 148 for moving the discharge outlet 156 along the radial direction of the retention tray 122. Therefore, the flux is discharged in a wide range in the radial direction of the retention tray 122. In addition, the retention tray 122 is rotated by a tray rotating device 120. Therefore, film thickness adjustment by a squeegee for the flux, which is discharged in a wide range of the retention tray, is made at one time. Thus, the time required by film thickness adjustment for the flux can be reduced.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, dans une unité de flux (30), un dispositif de distribution de flux (126) pour décharger un flux dans un plateau de rétention (122) comprend un orifice de décharge (156) pour décharger le flux et un dispositif de déplacement de sortie de décharge (148) pour déplacer la sortie de décharge (156) le long de la direction radiale du plateau de rétention (122). (JA) 本発明のフラックスユニット30では、貯留トレイ122にフラックスを吐出するフラックス供給装置126が、フラックスを吐出する吐出口156と、吐出口156を貯留トレイ122の径方向に沿って移動させる吐出口移動装置148とを有している。このため、貯留トレイ122の径方向の広い範囲にフラックスが吐出される。また、貯留トレイ122は、トレイ回転装置120によって回転される。このため、貯留トレイの広い範囲に吐出されたフラックスが、スキージによって、纏めて膜厚調整される。これにより、フラックスの膜厚調整に要する時間を短縮することが可能となる。
