Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a tyre having a tangential direction XX', an axial direction YY' and a radial direction ZZ' and comprising at least one carcass reinforcement surmounted radially on the outside by a crown reinforcement, itself radially on the inside of a tread, said crown reinforcement being made up of at least one layer of reinforcing elements, said tread comprising furrow bottoms alternating with blocks of elastomer, reinforcers and being connected to two beads by way of two sidewalls, said beads being intended to come into contact with a rim, each bead having at least one circumferential reinforcing element. This tyre is characterized in that the tread is made up of a rubber composition having a shear modulus less than or equal to 1 MPa, in that the reinforcers of the tread are present over the entire surface of said tread, in that the reinforcers are made up of at least one first layer of individual filaments disposed in an uninterrupted manner in the axial direction YY', said layers being superposed on one another in the radial direction ZZ', said individual filaments being spaced apart from one another, in a regular or irregular manner, in the tangential direction XX' by a distance d1 of between 0 and 50 µm.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un pneumatique comportant une direction tangentielle XX', une direction axiale YY' et une direction radiale ZZ' et comprenant au moins une armature de carcasse surmontée radialement à l'extérieur d'une armature de sommet, elle-même radialement à l'intérieur d'une bande de roulement, ladite armature de sommet étant constituée d'au moins une couche d'éléments de renforcement, ladite bande de roulement comprenant des fonds de sillon alternés avec des blocs d'élastomère, des renforts et étant reliée à deux bourrelets par l'intermédiaire de deux flancs, lesdits bourrelets étant destinés à entrer en contact avec une jante, chaque bourrelet comportant au moins un élément de renforcement circonférentiel. Ce pneumatique se caractérise en ce que la bande de roulement est constituée en une composition caoutchouteuse ayant un module de cisaillement inférieur ou égale à 1MPa, en ce que les renforts de la bande de roulement sont présents sur toute la surface de ladite bande de roulement, en ce que les renforts sont constitués d'au moins une première couche de filaments unitaires disposés selon la direction axiale YY' de manière ininterrompue, lesdites couches étant superposées les unes au-dessus des autres selon la direction radiale ZZ', lesdits filaments unitaires étant espacés les uns des autres, de manière régulière ou non, selon la direction tangentielle XX' d'une distance d1 comprise entre 0 et 50µm.
