Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an anticollision device (600) for a motor vehicle, comprising a device (100) for monitoring a driver of said vehicle, suitable for measuring a monitoring parameter of the driver; a device (200) for detecting an obstacle liable to generate a collision with the motor vehicle, suitable for determining the time before collision between the obstacle and the vehicle; a warning device (300) suitable for emitting an alarm signal intended for the driver; and an avoidance device (400) suitable for making the vehicle slow down or change direction so as to prevent said collision, wherein provision is furthermore made for a control unit (500) that is programmed to get the warning device (300) to emit the alarm signal when the determined time before collision is shorter than a first threshold value, and to make the vehicle slow down or change direction via the avoidance device (400) when the determined time before collision is shorter than a second threshold value, this second threshold value being lower than or equal to said first threshold value, at least one of said first and second threshold values being determined by this control unit (500) depending on said monitoring parameter. It also relates to an associated anticollision method.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif anti-collision (600) pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant un dispositif de surveillance (100) d'un conducteur dudit véhicule adapté à mesurer un paramètre de surveillance du conducteur, un dispositif de détection (200) d'un obstacle susceptible de générer une collision avec le véhicule automobile, adapté à déterminer un délai avant collision entre l'obstacle et le véhicule, un dispositif d'alerte (300) adapté à émettre un signal d'alarme à destination du conducteur, un dispositif d'évitement (400) adapté à commander un ralentissement ou un changement de direction du véhicule de manière à éviter ladite collision, dans lequel il est en outre prévu une unité de commande (500) programmée pour commander l'émission du signal d'alerte par le dispositif d'alerte (300) lorsque le délai avant collision déterminé est inférieur à une première valeur seuil, et commander le ralentissement ou le changement de direction du véhicule par le dispositif d'évitement (400) lorsque le délai avant collision déterminé est inférieur à une deuxième valeur seuil; cette deuxième valeur seuil étant inférieure ou égale à ladite première valeur seuil, au moins une desdites première et deuxième valeur seuil étant déterminée par cette unité de commande (500) en fonction dudit paramètre de surveillance. Elle concerne également une méthode anti-collision associée.
