Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a ceramic moulded body, comprising the following steps: a) producing a green body containing ceramic material, binding agents and an organic pore forming agent; b) heating the green body to a temperature higher than the sublimation and/or decomposition temperature of the pore forming agent; c) burning the green body to form a ceramic moulded body. According to the invention, the binding agent comprises polyglycols and fumaric acid.
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un corps céramique mis en forme, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : a) fabriquer un corps cru contenant de la matière céramique, un liant et un agent porogène organique; b) porter le corps cru à une température supérieure à la température de sublimation et/ou de décomposition de l'agent porogène; c) cuire le corps cru de manière à obtenir un corps céramique mis en forme. Selon l'invention, le liant comprend des polyglycols et de l'acide fumarique.
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines keramischen Formkörpers, mit den Schritten: a) Herstellen eines Grünkörpers enthaltend Keramikmaterial, Bindemittel und einen organischen Porenbildner; b) Erwärmen des Grünkörpers auf eine Temperatur über der Sublimations- und/oder Zersetzungstemperatur des Porenbildners; c) Brennen des Grünkörpers zu einem keramischen Formkörper.
